Customers or users can click the bottom-right chat icon and meet our buddy, Lyro. Both Lyro and our support team are excellent at diagnosing issues and determining a solution. 

You can also ask Lyro for a free trial. He’ll be happy get you started in the right direction.

We’re currently in the process of building a broader, more fine-tuned AI model that will be 10x better than Lyro (just don’t tell him that), and much more capable of utilizing a broader range of knowledge to get things accomplished quickly.

Her name is Bella (by Leapjuice), and she can not only answer questions and provide technical help, but also assist our customers with content creation and idea generation. We can’t wait for Bella to come aboard and have you meet her!

Bella’s expected release date is before year-end.
