Our Core Philosophy
At Leapjuice, we value the ethos of Open Source. This means we believe in transparency, sovereignty, and the right to privacy. We do not view our customers as products. We provide the metal; you provide the data.
Data Collection & Utilization
We do not store or utilize customer information for any reason other than:
- Processing Payments: Securely handling your subscription via Stripe.
- Account Communication: Directly contacting you regarding your infrastructure, deployments, or security alerts.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
No "Auto-Enrollment" Mailing Lists
We value your inbox. Creating an account on Leapjuice **does not** automatically add you to our marketing or newsletter lists. Mailing list participation is strictly voluntary and requires a separate, explicit signup.
Application Privacy
Since we provide managed open-source applications, your data within those apps (e.g., Ghost posts, Nextcloud files) is stored on your specific instance. We do not index, scan, or monitor the content within your provisioned stacks.
