Data Sovereignty & Privacy
At Leapjuice, you own your data. We never share, sell, or utilize your customer data for any purpose other than maintaining your Command Hub dashboard and processing billing through our secure providers. Your email address is used solely for identity verification and official platform communications.
Acceptable Use & Resource Policy
To maintain the integrity of our high-performance metal for all users, we strictly prohibit resource abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized hosting of Large Language Models (LLMs) or resource-intensive AI orchestration (e.g., Ollama) on non-Enterprise tiers.
- Cryptocurrency mining (e.g., XMRig) or sustained 100% CPU saturation. Illegal scraping, mass automation that violates third-party TOS, or any actions that violate the Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
- Actions that negatively impact the Leapjuice Google Cloud backbone or network neighbors.
Legal Compliance & Content
Leapjuice is a United States company and operates in full compliance with US law. We do not permit the use of our infrastructure for:
- Illegal activities as defined by United States federal or state law.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or engaging in phishing operations.
- Repeated copyright infringement. We maintain a strict DMCA policy and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice and without refund, for accounts found in violation of these terms or the GCP Acceptable Use Policy.
User Liability: Users are strictly liable for any "termination damages" resulting from prohibited activities. If a user actions cause the Leapjuice platform account to be suspended or banned by Google Cloud, Cloudflare, or Stripe, the user will be held legally and financially responsible for all resulting business losses. Our priority is maintaining a secure, professional, and lawful environment for all sovereign creators on the Leapjuice network.
